Welp,
Looks like I’m knitting a vulva.
My new craft blog
I don’t want to clutter my personal blog with too much crafting (not that I won’t reblog some of the things I post there). I’m hoping this new tumblr will help motivate me to make more. I’ve been slacking lately.
I get to knit outside today. I am a happy crafter.
This is what happens when I want rings, but I can’t justify spending $30 on a new one. They’re not great, but they’ll do until I can actually afford some from someone with proper tools.
And yes, I did have everything on hand, even a roll-on perfume that acts as a mandrel stand-in.
I think my kids will be having kids by the time this damn blanket is finished.
On the bright side, I’m watching musical theatre.
Exciting, I know.
Knitting in the round (kind of) on straight needles. Eventually, this’ll be an infinity scarf.
I apologize for the lack of quality posts lately. I’m just not in the right frame of mind.
I might knit myself a sweater. I’ve been looking at great patterns on Ravelry such as Atelier, Baggy Wave Sweater, Shifting Sands and my favorite: Aidez. Also, Michael’s is having an amazing yarn sale, so if I fuck it up, I won’t be too devastated, and I can practice the pattern before upgrading to quality yarn.
I’m being really ambitious, but I need something to keep me distracted, so a sweater it is… right after I finish my scarf, that is.
